Payment

As of now, customers are able to use the following payment methods: credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Yes, we accept any major credit/debit card brand.

If your payment was declined, please check if you have enough funds in your account. If you’re still having issues, contact your bank to see if there’s a problem with your account. If the issue is not on your side, please contact our customer support via the contact form on our contact page, and we will help you resolve it.

The note has a fixed global price, but the displayed amount on our website may differ due to local taxes based on the delivery location. In the EU, the price includes VAT upfront, while in the US and Canada, taxes are added at the end of the order process.

Shipment / Delivery

Shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. All packages will be dispatched via priority shipping, with a cost of €5.3 for the Netherlands and €7.50 for other countries.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed.

We strive to deliver as promptly as possible, aiming for a maximum of 14 working days for deliveries within the Netherlands (please be aware that during the year-end postal rush, swift services cannot be guaranteed). For international shipments, delivery times may extend up to 3 weeks in certain countries, contingent on postal policies.

If the parcel arrived visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept it. Should you find the damage only after the parcel has been opened, please contact our customer support team via email or by filling out the contact form on our contact page to initiate the return process.

If you haven't found your country among the delivery options, it means we do not ship to your country yet.

We at the Global Note strive to deliver the notes as quickly as possible and these are the prices we charge for shipping:

* € 1.95 including VAT for addresses in the Netherlands
* € 3,50 including VAT for addresses outside of the Netherlands
* € 22,50 including VAT for a 24k Golden Note

Order / Return

Signing up lets you customize your shopping, save time on future buys with secure storage of payment and shipping details. You can track orders, view purchase history, and request returns easily. Being a registered user also means you can directly contact our customer service for any issues.

To start the return process for your note, whether you're registered or not, simply contact our Customer Service. You can fill in a contact form on our website to initiate the return.
When returning the product, make sure to include all items from the package, including the paper gift cassette. Try to use the original packaging or one of similar size.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details, including your purchase history and the status of your current order.

The package contains a note with an augmented reality feature, a protective foil sleeve, a certificate, a compliments card, and an envelope with banknote crumb, all packed in a green graphic paper gift cassette.
